Description: SunSpec Modbus devices, ETM fork with Fronius support - vendored
 nymea integration plugin for SunSpec compatible solar inverters, meters and
 storage over Modbus TCP.  ETM fork of the upstream plugin, adding the Fronius
 vendor: a GEN24 answers for the inverter and for its Smart Meter on separate
 unit IDs behind one host and port, so one connection thing carries two.
 .
 Ships the same plugin file and the same pluginId as the upstream
 nymea-plugin-sunspec, which it therefore conflicts with and replaces.  The
 -etm01 suffix marks the fork; the name goes back to nymea-plugin-sunspec if
 the Fronius vendor is ever merged upstream.

 Status: Partial - verified against a SunSpec simulator only, never on a real
 inverter.
